Overview

In this Transformation role, you will drive interim management and transformation leadership to deliver rapid, sustainable performance improvements for clients. You work within McKinsey's MT practice, applying a holistic set of levers—cost, business model changes, revenue growth, organizational change, and capability building. Engaging on long-term client engagements, you combine strategic insight with disciplined implementation and leverage MT tools and methodologies. You join a global, diverse team that accelerates your development as a leader while delivering meaningful client impact.

Provide interim management and transformation leadership to client teams
Apply cost, business model, revenue, organizational change, and capability-building levers to drive results
Lead and participate in client engagements spanning 12+ months
Implement McKinsey MT processes, tools, benchmarks, and methodologies
Contribute to holistic performance improvements and corporate restructurings
Collaborate with a diverse, global network of experts to deliver sustainable change

Zentrale Anforderungen

Bachelor's degree with preference for master's/MBA
Experience in financial modeling, analysis and valuation
Experience driving operational turnarounds or accelerated growth via strategic, revenue, cost, and working capital levers
People leadership and capability-building abilities
Experience in professional services, especially management consulting, restructuring/transformation consulting, investment banking, or private equity
Strong problem-solving skills; effective communication in German and English
