Associate or Consultant, Tech and Digital Advantage

In this role you help clients achieve digital-enabled transformation by combining strategy with technology. You’ll work within BCG’s Tech & Digital Advantage (TDA) team to develop end-to-end solutions across digital topics, collaborating with cross-functional colleagues. You’ll translate complex problems into actionable strategies and help secure buy-in for recommendations, contributing to measurable client impact. This position offers rapid exposure to senior client contexts and a path to broader leadership opportunities.

• Own larger project modules with end-to-end responsibility
• Develop strategies for digital and technology-led change
• Collaborate with clients to understand issues and win buy-in
• Apply generalist consulting skills to strategic digital questions
• Work with cross-functional BCG teams to deliver value

• Experience in technology or digital projects in consulting or industry
• Excellent German and English communication skills
• Strong academic record (Bachelor’s or advanced degree)
