Associate Partner

In this role you will lead SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes for enterprise clients and help expand strategic relationships. You will serve as a trusted advisor on SAP strategy and ERP modernization while shaping solutions and guiding delivery. You work closely with cross-functional teams and leadership to drive growth of the SAP consulting practice in Germany. This is a high-impact, senior leadership role in a multinational consulting environment.

• Lead the sale and delivery of large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes for enterprise clients
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders on SAP strategy, ERP modernization and business transformation
• Drive new consulting opportunities and expand relationships within strategic client accounts
• Manage consulting engagements to ensure programmes are delivered successfully and commercially
• Support proposal development and shape solutions around SAP transformation initiatives
• Collaborate with leadership, delivery teams and SMEs to deliver high-quality services
• Strengthen the firm’s presence within existing enterprise clients while identifying new growth opportunities
• Lead and mentor consulting teams across complex transformation engagements
• Support growth of the SAP consulting practice across Germany

• Extensive experience within SAP consulting and enterprise transformation programmes
• Strong track record of selling and delivering SAP S/4HANA programmes within large organisations
• Experience managing senior stakeholder relationships at executive level
• Previous leadership experience within a consulting or professional services organisation
• Strong commercial mindset with experience growing consulting revenues within client accounts
• Ability to design innovative solutions to support complex transformation programmes
• Strong communication and presentation skills, comfortable engaging with senior business leaders
• Ability to operate effectively in complex and fast-moving consulting environments
