Associate Portfolio Management (m/f/d) – Düsseldorf

As an Associate in Düsseldorf, you will support portfolio strategies aimed at value creation and return optimization within a diversified German CRE portfolio. You’ll work across strategic asset management, financial analysis, and cross-functional coordination with local and international teams. This role emphasizes portfolio performance and business planning rather than traditional leasing or property management. You’ll join an integrated platform in a growth phase, offering exposure to acquisitions, capital deployment, and broad asset lifecycle activities.

• Support portfolio and asset strategy development to drive value and optimize returns
• Monitor portfolio operational and financial performance
• Perform financial modelling, valuations, scenario analysis, and KPI tracking
• Coordinate with internal and external property managers and service providers
• Collaborate with leasing, development, finance, and investment teams
• Prepare presentations, reporting materials, and recommendations for internal stakeholders and investors
• Assist in identifying growth opportunities and risk mitigation across the portfolio

• Strong analytical and financial modelling capabilities
• Experience with valuations, business planning, and performance analysis
• Ability to work independently and take ownership
• Exposure to multiple stakeholders including investors, advisors, and operational teams
• Commercial real estate experience preferred
• Fluent German and English
