Associate Program Manager – Data Center Construction

Support pre-lease technical due diligence for a confidential hyperscale data center client
Organize and track a portfolio of live deals under a Program Manager
Own action item logs, assign owners, chase status, and **escalate** stalled items
Maintain risk registers for each site
Build agendas, manage standing calls, and issue same-day recaps and minutes
Track consultant and developer deliverables across workstreams
Participate in every deal call and act as the deal backstop
Maintain shared trackers and communication channels
Draft client reports and status updates
Build and maintain account checklists and templates
Progressively own full workstreams or lower-complexity sites end to end
Escalate issues the same day they surface
Adhere to applicable SOX control responsibilities

Requirements

Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
A degree is not required
Program or project coordination experience preferred
Data center, real estate, or construction backgrounds are a plus
Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, low-information environment
Strong written and verbal communication
Working understanding of, or willingness to quickly learn, data centers and their construction, including power, cooling, and long lead equipment
Understanding of program tracking and risk management
Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and reprioritize with incomplete information
Self-starter who takes initiative and adapts quickly
Technologically proficient, including MS Suite and Google Workspace
Comfort building and maintaining tracking tools is an advantage
Ability to understand and follow site HSSE policies
