Associate Programme Manager - Land

In this role you will own a defined set of tasks within the Land domain and drive a workstream from planning to delivery with minimal supervision. You will build relationships with customers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, high-quality outputs. You apply structured project management methods to surface issues and keep programmes on track, contributing to Europe’s consequential defence technology initiatives. • Own a defined set of programme tasks from planning to delivery
• Build and maintain working-level customer relationships and ensure action follow-through from meetings
• Develop and maintain programme tracking tools and risk registers with timely status updates
• Support cross-functional coordination to align capabilities and resolve dependencies
• Contribute to continuous improvement of Helsing's programme management practice through repeatable processes

• Supported or coordinated delivery workstreams in defence, aerospace, automotive or engineering environments
• Built and maintained project tracking tools or risk registers with clear status reports
• Able to apply structured project management approaches and develop your practice
• Fluent in English and German (C1) (written and spoken)
• Willingness to travel regularly and meet national security clearance requirements
