Associate, Property Management Germany (m/f/x)

Job Description

The Associate, Property Management Germany is responsible for asset quality across an assigned set of units. The role covers review management, portfolio investment decisions, and coordination of third parties (cleaning providers, technicians, external companies), with a focus on maintaining high cleanliness and quality standards. German native speaker required given the local portfolio and service provider landscape.

Job Requirements

• Operational background, ideally in property or asset management
• Strong bias for action, proactive and solution-oriented
• Fluent German (native level); English proficiency
• Ability to manage third-party providers and contracts
• Organized, structured, and able to prioritize across multiple workstreams
• Experience in vendor/supplier coordination is a plus

Job Responsibilities

• Own a set of units from the portfolio end-to-end, with full accountability on guest reviews and asset quality
• Manage issues efficiently, assess, prioritize, and fix with appropriate investment where needed
• Coordinate cleaning providers: provide consistent feedback, run performance management, and drive cleanliness ratings to a high standard
• Assess technical requirements and ensure good prioritization across internal technicians and external companies
• Collaborate with Guest Experience and Guest Communication teams to mitigate impact on guests when issues can't be immediately resolved
• Handle light contract management for service providers
• Liaise with property owners as needed
