In addition to research and development of high-tech products for passenger cars, MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is responsible for the whole aftersales business of genuine parts and accessories for Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors in Europe.

Your profile

• University bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably with a focus on International Trade / Logistics / Environmental engineering field, Sustainability management, or Compliance management.
• Working experience in the automotive industry, in the field of trade, regulatory management or a comparable qualification is preferred but not essential.
• General project management expertise in a complex supply chain.
• Sound understanding of automotive products and technical/ legal requirements related to the European Green Deal.
• Ability to interpret regulation and develop compliance processes for business implementation.
• Full IT literacy (MS Office, especially strong Excel Skills).
• Fluent in Business English (written and spoken). Additional language skill is a plus (Korean, German).
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and stakeholders effectively and solid understanding in a sophisticated and multi-cultural organization.

Your tasks

• Conduct research on existing and future EU regulations in the field of EU Green Deal/ ESG/ Trade and identify relevant regulatory requirements. (e.g., Trade and Import control regulation, CBAM, EUDR, CSRD Reporting, Corporate due diligence, EU Taxonomy, Extended Producer Responsibility, Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation, etc.)
• Implement policies and procedures for Trade and environmental compliance across all business units.
• Monitor and investigate legal requirements relevant to our products and distribution process in the market.
• Implement and maintain a customs declaration monitoring system for tracking trade-related data transactions.
• Coordinate with external and internal stakeholders within the EU and HQ in South Korea regarding regulatory compliance project.
