With a strong focus on technology-driven value creation, they partner with ambitious companies to drive transformative growth. Headquartered in Berlin, the firm is now looking to expand its investment team by hiring a talented Associate and/or Senior Associate.As a member of the investment team, you will play a key role in sourcing, executing, and managing investments across the firm's portfolio:- **Deal Sourcing & Origination**: Identify investment opportunities and build industry relationships across the DACH region- **Financial Analysis & Valuation**: Perform financial modeling, company valuations (DCF, LBO), and due diligence on target companies- **Transaction Execution**: Support deal structuring, negotiations, and investment committee presentations- **Portfolio Management**: Work closely with portfolio companies to drive growth, operational improvements, and strategic initiatives- **Exit Strategy**: Assist in preparing and executing exit processes- **Investor Reporting**: Prepare reports for senior leadership, LPs, and contribute to fundraising effortsThe ideal candidate has 2–5 years of professional experience in top-tier investment banking or private equity, strong analytical skills, and is a team player with an entrepreneurial mindset.
