Associate Solution and Delivery Lead, Healthcare & Pharma

In this role you will lead RWE solution strategy, selling, and delivery across complex engagements. You will act as a trusted advisor, shaping client strategy and coordinating internal teams to deliver tailored evidence solutions. You will drive revenue growth through cross-sell opportunities and build senior-client relationships beyond active projects. You will apply deep knowledge of the IQVIA RWE portfolio to design client-specific solutions and mobilize expert networks for execution. This position offers onsite client work in Basel with regular travel and the chance to influence outcomes in healthcare by delivering rigorous, impactful evidence solutions.

• Lead RWE solution strategy, sales, and delivery oversight for engagements
• Drive RWE sales and revenue growth within key accounts, identifying cross-sell opportunities
• Build and maintain senior-level client relationships to support pipeline development
• Ensure high-quality, profitable delivery of projects leveraging cross-functional teams
• Leverage IQVIA RWE portfolio to design integrated, client-specific solutions
• Mobilize IQVIA expert network across therapeutic areas and methodologies
• Develop customized proposals aligned to client evidence-generation needs
• Act as senior green-pen holder for RWE opportunities ensuring scientific rigor and commercial viability

• Bachelor in Life Sciences (minimum)
• Significant experience in Real World Evidence, Evidence Generation, or Healthcare Consulting
• Experience in global or matrixed organizations
