Associate Staff Engineer, Workday HCM Integration Consultant (Fully Remote)

• This role offers the chance to design, develop, and support enterprise HR technology solutions through Workday HCM integrations.
• You will play a key role in connecting business processes with scalable technical solutions that improve employee experiences and operational efficiency.
• The position combines integration development, configuration expertise, production support, and collaboration with global stakeholders.

Accountabilities

• Develop, implement, maintain, and support Workday HCM integrations with enterprise systems and third‑party applications.
• Design and troubleshoot integrations using Workday technologies including EIB, Core Connectors, Benefits Connectors, PECI, Workday Studio, and Document Transformation.
• Configure and support Workday Business Processes, functional enhancements, and ongoing system improvements.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience with Workday HCM integration development, configuration, and production support.
• Hands‑on experience building and supporting Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Benefits Connectors, PECI, Workday Studio, and Document Transformation.
• Strong understanding of Workday HCM modules including Core HCM, Compensation, Payroll, Recruiting, ATS, Employee Management, and LMS.
