Associate Strategy Consultant (all genders)

In this role you help clients in mobility, automotive and other sectors shape digital strategies and AI-, data- and software-driven transformations. You work in cross-disciplinary teams to turn insights into actionable concepts and workshops for senior leadership. • Analyze markets, customer trends and business models to identify strategic options
• Develop digital business strategies and concrete transformation approaches
• Design and deliver workshops at management level
• Focus on technology, data and AI to develop forward-looking concepts for clients
• Contribute to internal initiatives and propose new methods, tools or thought leadership
• Take on specialist areas or sub-projects and help develop internal processes

• Degree with above-average grades, ideally in business, engineering or IT
• 0–2 years of professional experience or relevant internships in consultancy, corporate strategy, innovation, digital units or automotive industry
• Passion for digital topics and understanding of how technology and business model strategy interact
• Interest in IT, data and AI and how data-driven solutions create business value
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English
• Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic consultancy environment
