Associate - Transformation & Value Creation

In this role you will support client transformations by applying a holistic, execution-focused approach to drive measurable performance improvements. You join a fast-growing Transformation Practice, collaborating with a diverse global team to deliver sustained value through multi-lever interventions. You will work on long engagements, leveraging proprietary MT processes and tools to enable rapid, disciplined implementation. • Serve clients using a holistic, execution-centric approach to transformation
• Apply multiple levers (cost, business model, revenue, organizational change, capability building) to drive impact
• Contribute to engagements typically spanning 12+ months with MT processes and methodologies
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team of professionals from industry, private equity, and restructuring ecosystems

• Bachelor degree (Master’s preferred) in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Law, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in professional services or similar environments (management consulting, restructuring/transformation, investment banking, private equity, or large corporation)
• Experience driving operational turnarounds or growth initiatives across strategic, revenue, cost, and working capital levers
• Experience with financial modeling, analysis, and valuation (preferred)
• Ability to drive change through people leadership and capability building
• Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills in English and German
