Associates (m/f/d) – M&A

Your role

You’ll focus on the following:

• Representing clients from Germany and abroad before courts and arbitral tribunals
• Analysing complex matters, providing legal assessments, and developing litigation strategies
• Supporting internal investigations and contributing your own expertise
• Advising clients in a wide range of contentious situations
• Managing disputes across commercial litigation, product liability, general contract and liability law, and M&A transactions

Your profile

• State examinations with grades of fully satisfactory (vollbefriedigend) or better
• Ideally, relevant experience in M&A
• Business-fluent English, preferably acquired abroad
• Additional qualifications such as an LL.M. or doctorate welcome
• Strategic thinker with a proactive approach, a focus on solutions, dedication, team spirit and a strong sense of responsibility
