We are seeking associates (Rechtsanwälte) (m/f/d) to join our M&A practice at our Munich office.

Our Munich M&A team is part of one of Germany’s leading transaction practices. Your future role will involve providing comprehensive advice on complex M&A transactions to companies and financial investors from Germany and abroad. You’ll be part of the team from the outset, working directly on challenging national and cross-border matters. We attach great importance to personal collaboration, direct communication and an open working atmosphere.

Your role

You’ll focus on the following:

National and international M&A transactions
Private M&A and private equity
Complex carve-out transactions
Joint ventures and corporate restructuring
General corporate law and governance

Your profile

State examinations with grades of fully satisfactory (vollbefriedigend) or better
Ideally, relevant experience in M&A
Business‑fluent English, preferably acquired abroad
Additional qualifications such as an LL.M. or doctorate welcome
Strategic thinker with a proactive approach, a focus on solutions, dedication, team spirit and a strong sense of responsibility
