Attorney – Tax Law Specialist

Responsibilities

• Comprehensive tax advisory: advise our clients independently on domestic and international tax law – from tax‑optimized structuring to representation in fiscal court proceedings.
• Cross‑disciplinary collaboration: serve as the essential interface to our practice areas of inheritance law (inheritance tax) and corporate law (restructurings).
• Structuring and design: develop innovative tax concepts and leverage our state‑of‑the‑art digital infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Professional excellence: experienced lawyer (m/f/d) specializing in tax law, confident navigating complex German tax law and comfortable with international matters.
• Analytical strength & empathy: analyze complex financial data with precision and consider the human aspects behind the cases.
