Ihr Profil

Your profile Completed vocational training or university degree in food technology, food science, microbiology, agriculture, chemistry, or a comparable food-related field. Several years of professional experience in the food industry, preferably in quality management, quality assurance, production, or food safety. In-depth knowledge of food safety and quality management systems and relevant standards, such as ISO 22000, HACCP, IFS, BRCGS, FSSC 22000, or comparable schemes. Proven practical experience with food production processes, hygiene requirements, HACCP principles, risk assessment, and applicable food legislation. Practical experience in relevant food product categories and/or manufacturing processes. Completed auditor training and ideally practical experience conducting first-, second-, or third-party audits in the food sector. Strong analytical skills and the ability to assess processes, identify risks and non-conformities, and communicate audit findings clearly and objectively. Confident manner, structured and independent approach to work, and strong communication skills in English and German. Willingness to travel regularly to customer and production sites.
