JOB PURPOSE

This role is part of our Experience & Engineering team in Germany. We combine technology and experience design to create emotive yet conversion-focused ideas, products, and campaigns at scale and speed. Our specialty is digital experiences and communication that change perceptions and shape new behaviours to make a difference in the market.

From day one, you won’t just be watching from the sidelines. You’ll learn the entire journey from the first idea to the final interactive prototype, including the production of digital assets, motion and interactive screens for web and app. Because great digital products are a team effort, you will collaborate closely with UI/UX Design, Strategy, Project Management, and Development. You bring the curiosity and drive, and we’ll give you all the mentorship, feedback, and high-fives you need to grow into a standout professional.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

You know the major apps inside and out and know which websites are the coolest. Are you itching to see a project from the first sketch to launch? We’ll guide you through the process and explain what really matters:

• App & Web Design: You’ll learn how to design screens that don’t just look amazing, but are actually easy and fun for people to use.
• Bringing Ideas to Life: Instead of just designing static screens, you will build interactive prototypes. You’ll make buttons clickable and screens swipeable, so it feels like a real app.
• Building with Digital Lego: You’ll learn how to use “Design Systems” – basically a huge, smart Lego‑kit of pre‑designed buttons, fonts, and colors that helps you build big websites quickly and consistently.
• Teamwork: Great digital products are never built alone. You’ll work closely with programmers, project managers, and other designers to figure out the best way to build a product together.
• Media Production & AI Power: Master the absolute basics and learn how to smartly integrate AI tools into your workflow to boost your creativity and save time.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Digital Enthusiast: You have a natural eye for aesthetics and love analyzing why your favorite apps function and look so good.
• Curious & Proactive: You ask questions, want to know how things work behind the screens, and are eager to learn.
• Team Player: You love bouncing ideas around and aren’t afraid to share your thoughts.
• Communication: Fluency in German and ideally English.
• First Steps (Bonus): Already played around with Figma, Canva, or Adobe CC? We’d love to see what you made!
• AI‑Curious (Bonus): You’re excited about how tools like ChatGPT, Gemini or Midjourney are shaping the future of design. We are excited to hear about your first experiences or thoughts!
