Automation Solutions Architect - Healthcare (UIpath is must)

We are currently seeking an experienced Automation Solutions Architect (UiPath) to join our team. This is a remote role with the potential for extension or conversion to full-time.

Position Details

• Years of Experience Required: 10+ years IT experience, with at least 5 years in RPA/Automation
• Education Background: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
• Domain/Industry: Information Technology / Enterprise Automation
• Interview Details: Virtual technical + panel interview

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and design end-to-end automation solutions using UiPath and complementary technologies.
• Lead technical discovery sessions with stakeholders to understand business processes and recommend automation approaches.
• Develop detailed technical specifications, solution designs, and architecture documentation.
• Mentor automation developers, establish best practices, and conduct code reviews.
• Integrate OCR technologies (ABBYY, Tesseract, UiPath Document Understanding) into automation workflows.
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams to ensure proper environment setup and configuration.
• Drive innovation by introducing new automation technologies and trends.
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and create implementation roadmaps.

Top Required Skills

• Advanced expertise in UiPath (Studio, Orchestrator, Apps, Test Suite).
• Strong proficiency in .NET development (C#/VB.NET) for automation scripting and integration.
• Hands‑on experience with OCR technologies (ABBYY, Tesseract, UiPath Document Understanding).
• Cloud platform expertise (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) with automation deployment experience.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture principles and integration patterns.
• Experience with API integration and web services (REST/SOAP).
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices for automation pipelines.
• Ability to establish and enforce automation governance frameworks and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer or Architect certification.
• Experience with other RPA platforms (Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).
• Knowledge of AI/ML technologies and their application in automation.
• Experience with process mining tools.
• Agile/Scrum certification.
• Experience leading automation Centers of Excellence (CoE).
