Automation Specialist HR Services (f/m/d)

In this role you will drive automated HR document generation, linking master data from SAP SuccessFactors to templates with dynamic logic. You will adapt global HR workflows to local legal requirements and ensure smooth integration across the system landscape. You will support standardization and optimization of HR services while maintaining compliance and data integrity. You will work with international teams to advance Hugo Boss’s digital HR transformation and global standards, delivering scalable, accurate HR processes that empower the business.

• Drive automated HR document generation with template and data integration
• Implement and adapt HR workflows to local compliance while maintaining global standards
• Ensure seamless integration between HR processes, systems, and document management
• Drive standardization and optimization of HR Services processes across the organization

• Experience in HR Services/Operations, HR IT, document management or process automation
• Understanding of data structures, system logic and automated processes
• Ideally experience with SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central Core and SF Onboarding)
• Experience with Strato document management and workflow system by SpinifexIT is a plus
• Fluent English; additional languages a plus
