Overview

In this role you own the lifecycle of the Thrust Vector Control Actuator PCB within the Avionics Control Systems team. You drive requirements, design verification and interface management across unit to system levels, enabling timely, within-scope delivery. You plan, execute and automate end-of-line and qualification testing to support vehicle integration on ground and on the pad. You contribute to avionics architecture and technology roadmaps while shaping the next generation of actuators for Isar Aerospace.

Verantwortungsbereiche

Own design, qualification, acceptance testing, integration and return analysis for your product unit
Drive PCB requirements, schematic capture, layout and design verification
Manage interfaces across lifecycle from unit to system level, including technical and programmatic interfaces
Develop procedures for automated end-of-line testing of hardware
Plan and conduct vehicle integration and testing in Germany and on the launch pad
Build and maintain automated qualification and acceptance testing infrastructure
Contribute to Avionics architecture definition and technology roadmaps
Support development of the next generation Thrust Vector Control Actuators

Zentrale Anforderungen

2+ years working experience with Electric or electrohydraulic drives
Excellent knowledge of Power Electronics and Electrical Machines
Excellent knowledge of Control of Electrical Machines
Experience in verification of Electrical Drives
Experience in E-CAD tools (Schematic & Layout Design), preferably Altium Designer
Experience in verification of complex circuitry, such as embedded systems, DC-DC converter and analog frontends
Hands On mentality, can-do attitude
Fluent in spoken and written English
