What You Will Do

As Area Vice President Area Sales, you will lead the Food & Beverage business across Germany and Switzerland.

You will be responsible for developing and executing commercial strategies, delivering profitable growth, and leading a team of sales and technical professionals.

Key responsibilities include:

• Deliver sales growth and financial objectives across Germany and Switzerland.
• Lead, coach, and develop sales leaders and their teams to achieve exceptional performance.
• Drive commercial excellence through strategic account management, value selling, and pricing discipline.
• Build strong relationships with key customers and industry stakeholders.
• Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Technical Service teams to deliver customer value.
• Identify market opportunities and drive adoption of new products, technologies, and solutions.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to the development and execution of the Food & Beverage Europe growth strategy.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• years of commercial leadership experience in a B2B environment.
• Proven experience leading managers and high-performing sales organizations.
• Strong knowledge of the Food & Beverage industry or related sectors.
• Experience working in a matrix organization with P&L accountability.
• Demonstrated success delivering profitable growth and customer retention.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English required; German language skills preferred.
• Ability to travel within Germany, Switzerland, and Europe as needed.
• Based in Germany or Switzerland.
