B1/B2 Aircraft Technician (m/w/d)

Role: Certifying Technician CAT B1 or CAT B1/B2 (m/f/d)

For our station at Hamburg, Germany, we are looking for multiple candidates.

Your role and responsibilities

• Perform aeronautical maintenance activities authorized by the Personal License and the Company Authorization, including maintenance activities of lower qualifications such as CAT A or Aircraft Mechanic.
• Carry out maintenance and servicing work on the aircraft types within our portfolio in compliance with all relevant regulations and within the scope of your qualifications, thereby contributing to air traffic safety.
• Certify the proper execution of maintenance work and ensure that customers get their fleet airborne on time.
• As a CAT B1 or CAT B1/B2, give technical instructions, coordinate and monitor the maintenance work of other employees with lower qualifications in the assigned work area and certify that it has been carried out correctly.
• Provide support in carrying out simple logistical activities.
• Take on temporary assignments at domestic maintenance centers and abroad.

Anforderungsprofil: Your skills and experience

• Completed vocational training in an aeronautical profession or comparable knowledge acquired through several years of experience.
• AML according to EASA Part‑66, preferably Airbus family A320 (CFM56/V2500/CFM LEAP‑1A/IAE PW1100G), Boeing B737NG and MAX, and Embraer E170/E190 (GE CF34); additional types are welcome.
• Several years of experience in the maintenance and repair of civil aviation equipment in line or base maintenance.
• Fluent technical English knowledge.
• Organization, attention to detail, flexibility, proactivity and customer orientation.
• Ability to work in a team but also independently when needed.
• Continuous attitude of learning and improvement.
• European Driving License.
• Full shift work capability.
• Willingness to travel also outside regular working hours.
• A valid work permit is necessary.
