Role Overview
As a Sales Manager, you will play a key role in expanding the company’s client base within the fintech industry. This position offers the opportunity to engage with businesses across different regions, leveraging your expertise to drive sales and build lasting client relationships. You will manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, making a significant impact on the company's growth trajectory.
Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage new B2B clients through outbound sales activities.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline within the low-risk merchant segment.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing.
• Present the company’s payment solutions, business accounts, and virtual card products to prospective clients.
• Develop long-term relationships with merchants and business partners.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and opportunities in the CRM.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities when required.
  

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience within FinTech or Payments.
• Strong understanding of the payments ecosystem, including acquiring, payment infrastructure, and merchant onboarding.
• Demonstrated success in managing the full sales cycle and closing complex B2B deals.
• Experience working with low-risk merchants such as e-commerce, SaaS, digital services, or corporate businesses.
• Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events when required.
