B2B / Fleet Sales Manager (m/w/d)

As B2B / Fleet Sales Manager (m/w/d), you lay the foundation of MOCEAN’s B2B business. You will be responsible for the commercial growth and profitability of MOCEAN's fleet business across multiple European markets. Working closely with enterprise customers and internal stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Product, and Pricing, you will drive fleet acquisition, develop strategic partnerships, and establish fleet as a key contributor to Hyundai Connected Mobility's growth and profitability ambitions.

We want you to:

• Develop the B2B roadmap and go-to-market strategy for MOCEAN’s corporate sales, based on market gaps and competitive positioning versus fleet and leasing providers.
• Build and manage a qualified pipeline of corporate opportunities, from SMEs to large fleet and employee benefit programs.
• Identify customer challenges and translate them into compelling mobility solutions that create measurable business value.
• Define and continuously enhance MOCEAN's fleet proposition to ensure market competitiveness and customer relevance.
• Lead complex commercial negotiations and close profitable framework agreements with strategic accounts.
• Partner with Finance to assess business cases and ensure sustainable deal economics.
• Drive long‑term growth by developing trusted relationships with key decision‑makers and stakeholders.
• Leverage customer and market insights to influence product development, pricing, and go-to-market decisions.
• Represent MOCEAN and Hyundai Connected Mobility at relevant industry events, strengthening brand awareness and commercial opportunities.

About you:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• 6+ years of professional experience in B2B sales or business development with complex, multi‑stakeholder deal cycles – for example in subscription services, SaaS, fintech, fleet, or mobility.
• Proven success in closing complex enterprise deals involving multiple stakeholders and sales cycles of 6-12 months.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to negotiate and structure profitable agreements.
• Experience with fleet, leasing, subscription‑based, or mobility solutions, and a solid understanding of evolving mobility models.
• Knowledge of fleet customer requirements, including operational efficiency, driver management, compliance, invoicing, and documentation processes.
• Strong consultative selling, key account management, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
• Comfortable working and travelling across diverse European markets and cultural environments.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
