B2B Growth & AI Sales Manager (Hybrid, Germany)

HICO Group is seeking a (Junior) Sales Manager - Commercial Growth (100%) for Germany, hybrid. You will actively approach customers, expand existing relationships, and manage a growing client portfolio in B2B sales, utilizing CRM systems and MS Office.

You’ll identify opportunities, coordinate with Marketing and Consulting, and develop cross‑selling and up‑selling strategies while building long‑term client partnerships; fluent German and English (C1) are required; a business degree or equivalent
