B2B Saas Account Executive

In this role you drive new business for a SaaS platform that optimizes maintenance logistics and reduces overstock in industrial parts. You will work within the Sales team to expand the customer base across chemicals, pharmaceuticals, and automotive sectors, shaping how customers gain value from data-driven maintenance solutions. You’ll own the end-to-end sales cycle and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver seamless experiences. • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and consistently meet or exceed targets
• Build and nurture relationships with potential clients, understanding pain points and communicating value
• Develop deep product knowledge to effectively position the platform’s advantages
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools and prioritize opportunities
• Collaborate with Sales Director, Marketing, and Customer Success to align strategies
• Stay informed on industry trends, customer needs, and competitors to identify opportunities

• Proven track record in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in chemical, pharmaceutical, or automotive
• Experience managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple opportunities
• Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
• Self-starter with a hunter mentality
• French fluency is a significant advantage
