Help global IP law firms’ growing - B2B SaaS Sales Manager (m/f/d)

IP Pilot is looking for a hunter-minded SaaS sales professional who enjoys building pipeline, opening conversations with senior decision-makers, and closing new business globally.

Our platform helps international IP law firms make better strategic decisions using large-scale patent and trademark data.

If you enjoy research-driven outreach, consultative demos, and complex conversations with industry experts , this role gives you full ownership of the sales cycle.

Responsibilities

• Own the full SaaS sales cycle, depending on your experience, from first outreach to closing.
• Build pipeline through outbound prospecting and research
• Convert marketing inbound leads into demos
• Run discovery calls and product demos
• Guide prospects through evaluation and trial phases
• Manage your pipeline in HubSpot
• Represent IP Pilot at international conferences

This is a true hunter role : roughly 70% prospecting & outreach / 30% pipeline management and optimization .

Requirements

• 2–5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales
• Experience managing the full sales cycle in a SaaS environment
• Strong outbound and prospecting mindset , with a strong understanding of communication
• Confidence speaking with senior industry experts
• Ability to research prospects and run empathetic, proactive conversations
• Experience using CRM tools
• A “there is always a solution”-mindset
• Fluent English (C2)

BIG PLUS: C2 language level in Spanish, Korean, or Japanese.
