Position Overview

We are seeking an entrepreneurial, dynamic B2B Salesperson to create new opportunities and close deals for our proven travel eSIM product. The ideal candidate will have initial experience in B2B sales, preferably in tech, SaaS, or telecommunications, and will drive growth by identifying and acquiring new accounts, expanding our customer base through targeted prospecting, and leveraging our product used by leading companies like Revolut.

Candidates may be based in Berlin, Warsaw, or Madrid.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth by acquiring new accounts.
  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and industry events.
  • Represent 1GLOBAL to potential customers and manage the entire customer acquisition process.
  • Understand customer needs and translate them into compelling offerings.
  • Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing deals and onboarding new clients.
  • Build and nurture long‑lasting relationships with key decision‑makers and stakeholders within enterprises; develop and present solutions that seamlessly integrate into customers' apps and drive additional revenue.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions.
  • Actively track and report sales KPIs to the leadership team.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of successful B2B sales experience, ideally within telecom, tech, or SaaS sectors.
  • Tech‑savvy: willingness to understand complex technical products.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with C‑level executives and key decision‑makers.
  • Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
