To strengthen our sales team, we are looking for a Sales Manager (m/f/d) for the northern German region (postcode 0 - 4).

Your area of responsibility

• Win new customers
• Develop and support new sales partners
• Sell SW products and solutions in the field of input management, digital workflow processes and ECM
• Search for interested parties, develop them into customers and support them further
• Develop and present solution scenarios
• Create offers and conclude contracts
• Analyse, evaluate and realise market potential

What you should bring

• Several years of success in B2B sales of SW products and solutions, preferably in the area of input management, workflows or ECM systems
• Convincing management personality with "hunter mentality"
• Goal-oriented working methods
• Ability to work in a team
• Customer orientation and confident appearance
• Sales personality with closing confidence and negotiating skills
• Independent action and entrepreneurial thinking
• Willingness to travel as well as very good German and secure English skills
