Your Tasks

• You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, employees, and partners in day‑to‑day operations and ensure smooth back‑office processes.
• You will independently handle accounting tasks—from accounts receivable and accounts payable to bank entries and assisting with monthly and annual financial statements.
• You will draft, review, and manage employment contracts, contract amendments, and payroll documents, and support the recruiting department.
• You will coordinate schedules and organize team events and client workshops.

You

• have completed a commercial apprenticeship or a degree in business administration, marketing, communications, real estate management, or a related field
• have excellent organizational skills and a reliable, structured, and team‑oriented work style
• are proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, as well as marketing tools
• have prior professional experience in human resources and accounting
• are characterized by a confident demeanor and professional communication skills
• have the ability to work in a structured and reliable manner even under stress and with tight deadlines
• have excellent written and spoken German skills
