In this role you’ll strengthen a cutting-edge, event-driven platform by integrating new cashier systems and external platforms. You’ll work in cross-functional agile teams to advance a microservice-based architecture using Node.js/TypeScript, Docker, PostgreSQL, and Kafka, ensuring high reliability and scalable performance. You’ll develop and optimize data parsing and transformation algorithms, maintaining a clean codebase and proactive issue handling. • Integrate new cashier systems and platforms within an event-driven architecture
• Collaborate in cross-functional, agile teams to deliver enhancements
• Advance microservice architecture using Node.js/TypeScript, Docker, PostgreSQL, Kafka
• Ensure robust communication between internal systems and external platforms
• Develop and optimize data parsing/serialization algorithms
• Identify and address data transformation issues to improve performance and adaptability
• Maintain clean, maintainable codebase to support long-term sustainability

• Proven backend development experience with distributed applications using Node.js and TypeScript
• Experience designing high-performance, scalable systems including load balancing, caching, and DB optimization
