Business & Finance Consulting ( a Swiss consulting company specialized in development finance, is looking for a Banking Analyst / Business Development Expert (with fluent English).

• Input: full-time or part-time (both options are possible)

What you will do (Your Duty)

• Proposal Development: Support the preparation of proposals in the financial development sector for emerging countries in response to tenders issued by international development organizations (donors)
• Expert Analytics and Assessment: Design targeted search strategies of suitable experts based on the project requirements, conduct structured evaluations of experts’ profiles, and prepare comparative assessment matrices to support evidence‑based selection decisions
• Recruitment: Lead the screening and recruitment of international consultants for complex advisory assignments in the banking and financial sector and oversee the preparation of all relevant documents
• Stakeholder Communication: Represent BFC in direct communication with international consultants and partners

Who we are looking for (Your Profile)

• Education: Master degree
• Expertise: Familiarity with at least one of the following areas: banking, MSME finance, economic development, green/ sustainable finance and development, agricultural finance
• Experience: Previous experience in one of the following areas: banking, development finance, finance/banking‑related project
• Languages: Excellent written and spoken English, fluent Russian and/or French is an advantage
• Communication Skills: Exceptional writing and communication skills to present ideas in a structured and clear way
