In the Lobby Bar and in the Rooftop Space with the coolest view in SPO, you and your team of 5 colleagues will ensure that our guests and locals have the 'best time'. Together we will become a lively hub in the town.

• Your tasks will include managing your team and department in a holistic manner and taking responsibility for results.

• As a manager, you are always present and support your team through smart planning, direct coaching and hands‑on work.
• You manage your department's work and holiday schedules.

What you bring with you:

• You have gained solid experience in a pub, bar or restaurant or have completed training in this area.
• You already have experience in staff management and a high level of social competence and coordination skills.
• You can inspire not only our guests but also your team.
• You simply have a good mood and enjoy working in a team and stay cool even under stress.
• You are fluent in German and English and can also write it.
