BCG X EMESA Recruiter

Join BCG X as an EMESA Recruiter in Munich to drive end-to-end talent acquisition for the Munich and CE region. You’ll own campus recruiting, proactive sourcing, interview coordination, and onboarding while collaborating with regional and global teams. You’ll help build pipelines and enhance candidate experience within a fast-paced, tech-enabled environment. This role combines recruitment operations, events, and stakeholder management to support BCG X’s growth and transformation agenda.

• Full lifecycle management of vacancies across multiple capabilities (e.g., Interns, Forward Deployed AI Scientist/Engineers, X Delivery)
• Own campus recruiting activities and plan/execute events from screening to content planning
• Drive recruitment campaigns for volume hiring and brand-building events in collaboration with Consulting Team recruiting
• Identify talent pools via proactive sourcing (active/passive), including job postings, social media, talent mapping, vendors, and networking
• Manage candidates through the interview process, including competency-based assessments and recommendations to the hiring panel
• Coordinate internship program—from recruitment to performance reviews
• Build talent pipelines to improve time-to-hire and fill current/future roles
• Utilize the applicant tracking system to track, manage, and report on pipelines
• Provide excellent candidate experience through streamlined process management
• Coordinate internal initiatives and cross-team collaboration to support regional projects

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree with strong academic record
• 2–3 years of relevant full-time recruitment/talent acquisition experience
• Experience in analytics consulting, professional services, or in-house recruitment in an international setting; tech recruiting is a plus
• Enthusiastic, proactive, team-oriented with ownership mindset
• Strong campus recruiting and event management interest/experience
• Excellent coordination and organizational skills, able to improvise in fast-changing environments
• Ability to interact effectively with HR, Staffing, and Consulting teams
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter for successful hires
• Clear written and verbal communication in German and English
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
