In this role you lead Area Managers at an Amazon site, guiding teams to reach targets through operational excellence. You partner with HR, Finance, Health and Safety, and Security to boost site performance and safety. You analyze performance metrics and translate insights into improvements, designing initiatives that lift productivity and quality. You shape ways to innovate at the site, delivering fast, reliable, and sustainable customer fulfillment. You are part of the ATS team, driving a culture of leadership and continuous improvement.

• Manage and develop a team of Area Managers
• Lead operational teams on a shift, resolve issues, and positively impact site performance
• Analyze shift performance against business objectives and implement actions to improve operational excellence
• Collaborate with support teams including HR, Finance, Health and Safety, and Security

• Experience with operations/supply chain
• Degree
