The Opportunity: BID Manager Aviation

Proposal Management

You are responsible for preparing offers for hardware and software solutions as well as services for airports, primarily in the DACH region.

Customer Focus

You develop attractive and customized proposals based on individual customer requirements, focusing on their needs.

Teamwork

You work closely with our engineering teams and sales colleagues to develop the best possible solutions for our customers.

Presentation and Negotiation

You actively participate in proposal presentations and conduct negotiations with customers – including on-site – with the goal of achieving optimal results.

Project Management

You work with planners, suppliers, subcontractors, and customers to develop and successfully implement customized technical solutions.

Contribution to Digitalization

With your projects, you support airports in digitizing and increasing efficiency and contribute to the optimization of operational flight operations.

The talent we want to inspire has...

• You bring experience in engineering, business administration or from your profession. Career changers are welcome!
• You have 3 – 4 years’ experience in the bidding processes – preferably in the construction of technical systems or IT projects.
• You have a good understanding of IT fundamentals and can grasp and manage technical interrelationships.
• You are an open, proactive, and communicative person who enjoys traveling occasionally and enjoys professional interactions with customers and business partners.
• You have a very good command in written and spoken German and English.

This would be a plus but not a must!

• You have knowledge of public procurement is desirable but not required.
