Billing Specialist (Fully Remote)

• Generate routine customer invoices accurately and on time.
• Apply payments and credits, and reduce unapplied cash.
• Monitor account balances and perform collections follow‑up.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or collections.
• Intermediate Excel skills and ERP experience preferred.
