BIM - Coordinator (M/F/D)

Your responsibilities:

• Coordination and management of BIM processes in projects
• Preparation and coordination of the Information Request (AIA)
• Quality assurance in accordance with AIA/BAP during the handover of the data model (parameters, clash detection)
• Integrating and maintaining coordinated data in the model environment (Revit families, pipe/duct systems)
• Reviewing and, if necessary, updating the BAP (model coordination in collaboration with the overall coordinator (ARC))
• Support and development of internal BIM structures and workflows

You should meet the following requirements:

• Successful completion of training as a technical draftsman, technical systems planner, or equivalent
• At least 2 years of professional experience in BIM coordination
• Experience in building services engineering (BSE) is a plus
• Proficiency in REVIT
• Proficiency with Tables, Dynamo, or similar software
• Knowledge of relevant BIM standards and guidelines
• Analytical thinking, structured approach to work, and ability to work in a team
