BIM/CAD Engineer - Structural/Architectural

As a BIM Engineer/CAD Engineer with BenBau Grup, you will play a crucial role in creating and managing Building Information Models for our construction projects. Your main responsibilities will encompass ensuring accuracy, coordination, and adherence to BIM standards.

Location: Berlin, Germany

• Generate detailed 3D models for the Structural/ Architectural discipline.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to incorporate design changes into BIM models.
• Participate in interdisciplinary coordination meetings to identify and resolve clashes within the BIM model.
• Implement adjustments based on coordination feedback.
• Conduct regular reviews of BIM models to ensure they meet quality standards and project requirements.
• Address and rectify any inconsistencies or errors in the BIM models.
• Generate 2D documentation (plans, sections, details) from the 3D BIM models.
• Ensure that documentation aligns with project standards and specifications.
• Manage BIM file organization and version control, adhering to file naming conventions.
• Collaborate with the BIM Manager from the Client to maintain an organized and efficient data management system.
• Work closely with project team members to understand and incorporate project requirements into BIM models.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to address model-related queries and concerns.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrate proficiency in BIM software tools such as Revit, Tekla, Navisworks and AutoCAD.
• Proven ability to stay abreast of the latest features and functionalities in relevant BIM tools, ensuring continuous proficiency and application of cutting-edge technology in project work.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering.
• In-depth knowledge of Revit software, ACAD and workflows.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills and working independently.
