micro1 is engaging Biology Experts (PhD) to contribute to a dynamic customer project focused on advancing artificial intelligence. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next‑generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high‑quality, real‑world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

Scope of Work

• Evaluate and provide detailed feedback on biology‑related data, prompts, or content utilized in AI development.
• Create, review, and refine scientific scenarios, questions, or explanations representative of real‑world biological problems.
• Offer expert‑level insights to ensure accuracy, relevance, and depth in AI training datasets and outputs.
• Collaborate with platform teams to clarify ambiguous queries and enhance data quality or coverage related to biological subjects.
• Document findings, methodologies, and rationales to support transparency and reproducibility in project deliverables.
• Participate in iterative review cycles, contributing to continuous improvements of the AI model’s capabilities in biology.
• Engage in knowledge‑sharing sessions with other domain experts to further enrich project outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications

• PhD in biology or a closely related life science discipline.
• Demonstrated expertise in core biological concepts and the ability to contextualize complex topics for diverse audiences.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for clear articulation of feedback and scientific reasoning.
• Experience with scientific data analysis, critical evaluation of information, and synthesis of complex subject matter.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage deliverables within defined project frameworks.
• Prior contributions to interdisciplinary projects or scientific collaborations (AI/technology exposure is a plus, but not required).
• Attention to detail, consistency, and a passion for promoting scientific accuracy.
