We're looking for Biology experts — Masters and PhD holders — to help build and evaluate cutting-edge AI models tackling real challenges in genetics, biotechnology, bioinformatics, and beyond.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No prior AI experience needed — just deep domain expertise and a passion for scientific rigor.

What You'll Do

• Develop, solve, and critically review advanced biology problems with real-world scientific relevance
• Apply your expertise in genetics, molecular biology, biotechnology, or bioinformatics to craft complex, nuanced problem statements
• Evaluate AI-generated scientific content for accuracy, depth, and methodological soundness
• Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers and fellow domain experts to sharpen AI reasoning in biology
• Ensure scientific rigor, clarity, and intellectual depth across all your deliverables
• Work independently on task-based assignments — fully on your own schedule

Who You Are

• Master's or PhD in Biology or a closely related field (Genetics, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Bioinformatics, etc.)
• Strong expertise in at least one of: genetics, biotechnology, or bioinformatics
• Comfortable coding in Python or R for research or data analysis purposes
• Exceptional written communication skills with a sharp eye for scientific accuracy and detail
• Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
• Fluent in English

Nice to Have

• Prior experience with data annotation, content evaluation, or quality assurance workflows
• Familiarity with AI tools or model evaluation platforms
• Background spanning multiple biology sub-disciplines
• Experience translating complex scientific concepts into clear, structured written explanations
