Biotechnology Specialist, RDC Development

Alfa Cytology is looking for the right biotechnologist to support our RDC service program. We aim to provide a more efficient and professional service to promote the RDC program. We have been actively involved in RDC-related international collaborations and are providing professional services to several organizations worldwide.

Job Description

In order to ensure the professionalism of our services, candidates should have significant relevant CRO, CMO, or pharmaceutical company work experience. We can also consider collaboration through consultancy/part-time/partnership ventures for particularly outstanding experts.

This Role is Responsible For

In-depth understanding of RDC drug design, synthesis, and analytical processes, and the ability to build specialized technical platforms.
Ensure that projects are progressing and delivered on schedule.
Leverage expertise in RDC drug design, synthesis, and analysis to build a quality technology platform to support our RDC-related services.

Basic Qualifications

Ph.D. in cellular biology, molecular biology, and biochemistry is preferred.
Ph.D. in other related fields is also considered.
In-depth knowledge of the scientific approach and clinical application of RDC based on chemical, medical, biological, and practical principles.
Extensive work experience (3+ years of work experience) with in-depth expertise in the RDC field and the ability to solve professional problems in the R&D process.
