Overview

We are building a platform for patients, doctors and our patient care team to collaborate across the full patient care cycle. The diverse user groups require simple, intuitive and high quality interfaces that you will conceptualize and build in close collaboration with the team. Your mission

We are looking for someone who:

• Understands and can anticipate the complexities of distributed asynchronous systems.
• Does not need instruction on how to set up or work with modern tech. This includes testing, localization, tooling, CI pipelines, and related practices as part of your normal workflow.
• Thrives in an environment of ownership, making the choices required to deliver the highest value at the lowest cost and risk to our users.
• Values an iterative approach to solving problems, validating value, and moving forward.
• Is an engineer not bound by labels; ideally specializing in Flutter with understanding of API design, and not afraid to use other languages (e.g., TypeScript) on the backend if needed.
• Is a critical thinker who designs solutions aligned with the business domain.
• Is stakeholder-centric, seeking to understand the business domain and gathering information from stakeholders before implementation.
• Is an exceptional communicator with fluent English; German would be a plus. Communication is integral to stakeholder-centricity and finding the right solutions.
• Ideally has experience collaborating with departments like data analytics to consider analytics needs when building software.
