Responsibilities

• Strategic and operational management of the Hamburg location
• Further development and realignment of the branch
• Expansion of the areas of structural fire protection and technical insulation
• Management and development of the team on site
• Supporting existing customers and establishing new business relationships
• Responsibility for sales, earnings and location development
• Control and optimisation of internal processes
• Close cooperation with the management

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in the field of structural fire protection and technical insulation, including managerial positions
• Entrepreneurial thinking and hands‑on mentality
• Confident appearance and strong communication skills
• Structured and independent way of working
• Sales affinity and organisational talent
• Class B driver’s licence
