As a Brand Controller at Reckitt, you will serve as the financial business partner and trusted advisor for one or more brands, playing a pivotal role in driving profitable growth and supporting strategic decision‑making. Working closely with Marketing, Commercial, and Finance teams, you will provide financial support and insights that help maximise brand performance and deliver sustainable business results. You will be responsible for monitoring sales and financial performance, managing the brand’s Profit & Loss statement, evaluating the effectiveness of marketing investments, and ensuring optimal resource allocation.
The role requires balancing strategic thinking with strong financial governance, ensuring compliance with accounting policies and controls while influencing key stakeholders across the organization. By connecting financial performance with commercial and marketing priorities, you will help shape decisions that drive long‑term value creation for Reckitt’s brands.
