Brand & Marketing Lead

GeneralMind builds AI Systems of Action for complex enterprise workflows. We deploy AI employees that automate messy operational handovers across supply chains processing orders, validating invoices, coordinating suppliers, and handling exceptions directly on top of enterprise systems like SAP or Oracle.

Our platform combines AI agents, operational context graphs, and real transaction data to achieve Autopilot-grade automation in real operational environments. We work closely with leading global companies across manufacturing, retail, and logistics to deploy AI into mission-critical workflows.

About the role

You'll help GeneralMind show up well everywhere people see us. That means running our social channels, writing posts, making clean visuals, representing the brand at events, and keeping everything on-brand - from our website to sales decks to investor updates. You'll work closely with the team and use AI tools daily to create faster and better.

What you will do

Run our social channels (LinkedIn, X, Instagram): write the posts and design the visuals in Canva.

Help create content across the board - website updates, sales and partnership materials, and investor communications.

Keep everything on-brand: make sure the visuals and the way we write match our tone and style across all channels.

Represent GeneralMind at events - show up, meet people, and capture content for our channels.

Support the team with press releases, event materials, and personal branding content - including working with AI-generated imagery.

Try new formats when it makes sense: video, Instagram content, event platforms.

Bring fresh ideas: keep an eye on new trends, AI tools, and content formats so our communications stay sharp.

What we are looking for

First experience in content, communications, or marketing (internships, freelance, or university projects count).

Native-level English with strong writing and editing.

Well organized - you can juggle several things at once without dropping them.

Comfortable with Canva or similar tools; basic Photoshop is a plus.

An eye for design and storytelling, and the instinct to get details right.

You already use AI tools to create content (ChatGPT, image generation, editing tools).

Genuinely interested in B2B SaaS, AI, and supply chain.
