BS Middle Business Analyst

Business Analyst: Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and validate business needs and translate them into clear data product requirements with an accent on data quality, process modeling, and effective communication. Focus on writing user stories, managing product backlog, and ensuring data accuracy and compliance.

Location: Ukraine , work format flexible: remote or office

What you will do

• Collaborate with teams to gather and validate business needs
• Translate objectives into data product requirements and prioritize features
• Work with data scientists and engineers to ensure data quality and relevance
• Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and manage product backlog
• Support sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Maintain documentation and monitor data quality

Requirements

• Experience formalizing software requirements and task assignment
• Basic understanding of data concepts and SQL skills
• Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, or Azure DevOps
• Upper-Intermediate English for daily communication
• Location: Must be based in Ukraine
