Innovating for customers and offering the world's broadest selection are the two pillars of Amazon's success. Amazon continues to invent on behalf of its customers by developing Amazon Business with the goal of becoming the preferred marketplace for professionals, regardless of their company size. Our B2B customers have different needs than traditional Amazon customers, which is why we are seeking talented individuals to reinvent our approach to selection, pricing, products, and customer experience.
Do you want to be part of a new adventure? Do you have strong relationship-building skills and enjoy exceeding expectations? Are you interested in the e-commerce sector?
We are seeking a Senior B2B Account Manager to drive strategic growth with our most valuable customers.
As part of our Amazon Business team, you will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, and identifying and nurturing high-value opportunities within your assigned accounts. You will lead technical integration projects such as e‑procurement system connections, guide customers through company‑wide launches and adoption strategies, and develop managed spend programs tailored to each organization's procurement needs. You will also be responsible for building executive relationships, conducting business reviews, and creating multi‑year growth strategies that deliver measurable results.
Beyond your desire to join our team, we are looking for a strong personality with genuine relationship‑building skills: strategic thinking, executive presence, ability to navigate complex organizations, project management capabilities, analytical mindset, and autonomy.
