The Role

As Business Unit Director Retail, you will have full ownership of the Retail Business Unit performance in Germany. Working closely with the Country Director and the wider leadership team, you will define and execute commercial strategies that drive growth, market share, and long-term success.

You will lead a talented team across sales, marketing, and commercial functions, ensuring that customer insights, market dynamics, and business opportunities are translated into impactful actions and measurable results.

This role combines strategic leadership with hands‑on business ownership and offers significant visibility within the organization.
